The recreation area is located on the northern coast of the Kapchagaysky reservoir, in the territory of the former Almaty recreation facilities in 300 meters from the coast.

The recreation area is constructed in 2012, in the territory of 1 hectare are located: 3 two-storeyed cottages (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, the hall), 8 one-storey cottages (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the hall), a restaurant complex (restaurant, open restaurant, a pool), the outdoor pool of 18Х12 meters with system of a filtration of water, pass a football field with sand, a dance floor with audio the equipment (an excellent sound, a karaoke).
