The 190,000-square-foot casino has been expanded multiple times since its opening. It is a 24-hour venue that permits smoking indoors.

The Hard Rock is a world-famous brand of hotels and restaurants that also happens to be owned these days by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Worst review: “We booked a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were informed that there were "no non-smoking rooms available, yet," and that they could not tell us when they would have one available. The only rooms available were smoking rooms, so it was that or nothing. The room reeked of cigarettes, in fact, the entire hotel and all casinos reeked of cigarette smoke, from top to bottom. We stayed at Hard Rock Biloxi over New Years' weekend and the opposite was true, despite the fact that smoking is also allowed in this hotel/casino. Bad review: “Horrible beds were awful empty shampoo bottles in bathroom, no toilet paper. Crystal was very helpful and she has great customer service. The general managers are liars and horrible people. They through Crystal under the bus. Charged us for a no show when we stayed the night. We had charges on our card they could not explain. I used points her response was the charges are to cover fraudulent use of points (Ridiculous). I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. I could go on and on.
