One of the 5-star reviews: “Stayed here for a week while exploring the city and had a blast. It was fantastic to wake up and always have breakfast available. The valet was expensive but made it really easy to get on the road with unlimited in and out of the garage. The location is perfect for exploring downtown.” Source: google.com
Lowest rating review: “I request that my room to be cleaned. The staff refused because they policy is to clean room every 7 days. No clean towels or new sheets for 7 days for a price of $300 per night. I travel a lot but this is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed. The complementary breakfast is horrible as well. Don't waste your money here.” Source: google.com

1-star review: “ I have been to several four seasons resorts, but this particularly didn’t engage the standards of a “Four Seasons” hotel. However, the concierge was even worse. I booked a car for one day through the concierge, the price of it was $400, but was charged $4300 in 3 splits over the course of the day without being informed. Moreover the service provided to me by it was not up to this chains standards; none of the staff of the concierge had any knowledge on restaurants or locations me and my family could visit, in fact we were the ones asking them if certain restaurants were good, they didn’t even provide one suggestion. I was truest disappointed by my stay” Source: Booking.com

Top review: “We are so happy we picked The Curtis. The location is great for anything you want to do downtown, it was super clean, and super comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome (we even received an upgraded room because it was our 15th wedding anniversary). The view is absolutely beautiful as well. The themed rooms and funkiness of the hotel is fantastic. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for something other than "blah" same-old-same hotels.” Source: Booking.com
Bad review: “Beds are uneven and uncomfortable. We found a condom wrapper under one of the beds. TV was outdated with zero smart TV capabilities. Toilet paper was cheap. Entire building is cheap and ran down. Parking was over $30 a day with no validation.” Source: Booking.com

One of the 5-star reviews: “ Brilliant stay at Thompson Hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Bed was really comfy. The staff were super helpful. A big thank you to Sarah for her help in making my daughter's birthday really special. Full marks for service and attention to detail. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.” Source: Google.com
Lowest rating review: “If you're looking to get a good night sleep do not get a room facing the back alley. There is a bar next door that lets its people out the back alley and they party all night back there; you hear the hotel staff dump its garbage (all the glass bottles) into the dumpsters multiple times late at night; and then the garbage trucks come through at around 7am each morning for the building behind the hotel and then come through again later for the other dumpsters in the alley.” Source: Google.com

Lowest rating review: “This is by far the worst Westin I have ever stayed at. Can’t get into the hotel from the parking garage after 8pm, tv does not work, wiring mess, and dated rooms. I travel a lot and been to a lot of hotels and usually do not post reviews but hotel management clearly does not care. STAY AWAY....” Source: Google.com

Good review: “Very well-maintained, clean, and charming hotel. Really appreciated the free gym classes. The welcoming team - from front door to reception - was very helpful, professional, and friendly.” Source: Google.com
Bad review: “Beautiful building and location but that’s about all you are paying for. Staff are unfriendly and uninterested in being helpful. Our room had black mold in the shower. When we had a family emergency in the middle of the night they couldn’t be bothered to put calls through to the room, or check to see if anyone was in the room and instead reported to everyone that my husband was missing, adding greatly to the general anxiety and trauma of the night.” Source: Google.com

Top review: “Front desk people were lovely. As we’re the people servicing the breakfast. Room was nice and fairly quiet. Ease of getting in out out was great.” Source: Expedia.com
Lowest rating review: “Don't in this hotel. Their air conditioning wasn't working and they can't change room for me. I had to find another place to stay that night. That's fine. However, Lindsay, the front desk lady told me that she already requested refund for me. I waited for a week and called to check my refund. I was told that the refund request is nonexistent. I won't trust this hotel any more and will black-list it going forward.” Source: Google.com

One of the 5-star reviews: “First time staying at a hostel. And it was epic!! The setting to start with was off the chain! Super great staff, most of which stay on site, very helpful and knowledgeable. Other guests were super awesome as well. Everything was just super chill and relaxing! Lots of bars, restaurants, entertainment, and, YES, alot of dispensaries close by. Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas super clean. I will definitely be coming back!” Source: Google.com
Lowest rating review: “Booked our trip more than a month in advance. Place wasn’t terrible for a cheap stay at first, although we were immediately awoken in the morning by an employee letting themselves into our room hours before the posted check out time. We were told we needed to leave immediately and would be fined for breaking the hostels rules. We were accused of doing some pretty absurd things the previous night, none of which had taken place. We were not offered any proof or even asked to confirm or deny what was being accused. With this being said, a lot of the cheaper aspects of this place start to show. Bathrooms were pretty ran down, bed sheets were stained and looked like they were from a thrift store, pillows about half an inch thick like they’ve been on the beds for a decade. Honest opinion, just stay in a hotel.” Source: Google.com

Favorable review: “Super clean hotel with the ideal staff you'd expect for a warm welcoming staff. Big shout out to the staff of 3/15-3/16.22. The Hyatt's room was updated with a modern loo. I absolutely loved the bathroom design and appeal. The room had a great view of downtown Denver. I'm stopping here before I write a small novel about my one night stay at the Hyatt in Denver.” Source: Google.com
Disappointed review: “If you want comfortable water to shower, shave, or do anything with then this place isn't for you. There is no adjustment if the water so you get what you get. Sometimes it's too cold for your shower. Other times it's too hot ti wash your hands. Good luck! Lol” Source: Google.com

Worst review: “Rooms are tiny! Smaller than a cruise ship. And our room had no windows, but we did have industrial air conditioning units right outside which produced a lovely high pitch whistling that prevents any hope of sleep. Of course I am writing this at 5am with no sleep! (and by whistling I mean turbine jet engine)” Source: google.com
