I live in Kazakhstan.

I have been observing the same picture for many years.

Our government officials and their numerous relatives want to leave for Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and it is desirable to stay there. Thanks to the terrible corruption in our country they are very rich and have the opportunity to buy from you in the west - real estate, passports, yachts, airplanes, land, or invest in stocks, study at expensive universities, receive treatment only in your clinics, sue in your courts.

Honest working people can come to your countries only as tourists or to visit relatives.

They don't care what is happening HERE in Kazakhstan.

When they buy real estate, services, etc. from you, you aren't disgusted, you're celebrating.

Oh, how wonderful! We're richer now!

But remember, they are robbing their population and bringing money to you. In fact, all people from "second-rate" countries work for YOU.

As long as this is the case, NOTHING will change for the better for us. But I have a solution, that only you can implement, to change OUR world for the better.

Pay attention to the rich people from third world countries, who buy real estate, citizenship, expensive trinkets, use your courts and clinics, that are students in your best universities.

Prohibit these people from obtaining long-term visas, citizenship, jobs, buying real estate, getting medical treatment in your countries, keeping yachts, planes and other junk with you.

• If they want to be treated, they shoud invite your doctors to their countries, store yachts and planes here, buy real estate here and use local courts.
• If they obtained education in your country, kick them out home so they would work here.
• If they bought real estate, force them to sell it.

Then gradually they will remember what country they actually live in, and will influence our authorities, think about courts, freedom of speech, fair elections, and how to make money here.

You know very well which countries are AUTHORITARIAN, with little to no human rights. Forbid extremely rich people from these countries to use the benefits of your societies.

Remember: we all live on the same planet, and the damage our poor countries do to our ecosystems, the mountains of garbage we generate and rare animals that are not protected here, the bad air and people that flee our country - all of this will affect you someday too.
