🤔 Very expensive and not even a kettle in the room. Not much help from staff directing you to your room. After a ten hour flight, an  hour in congested traffic, a 40 minute wait to check in.  a 45 minute or more walk around and around trying to find our room was not brilliant. This definitely was not a  pleasant way to start our vacation. I don’t really call this the best service in the world. 😇 Great spacious room, well equipped and very clear; check-in was simple; valet parking was excellent and quick and the location is obviously amazing... and made even better by the new Sphere behind it... we have visited before and had a similar room and great experience, so it was excellent that the hotel lived up to its reputation once again!

😇 Went to salt and ivy for breakfast, great food and service, coffee was good, used the pool facilities which were great sun beds always available. Casino was excellent, check in was quick, automated check out worked and was great, luggage was always safe.

The housekeeping service came by at 10:30 pm two days after the do not disturb had been off door for two days prior and never came by until that night at that time.
