Went to Ust-Kamenogorsk on business issues. My priorities were the following: city center, cozy room, QUIET room, staff not Intrusive but professional real price. I got all of this at this hotel. Really comfortable and cozy in the room. Still a good cook. It is pleased. Overall the hotel is excellent.
