Astana :: Airport Hotel

Perfectly suitable for my needs Excellent location besides the terminal. I had a 9 hour wait for my next flight and had a good stay in this basic hotel. Room was large and beds were comfortable. The room and the beds were clean. Very kind staff during check-in. There's a convenience store just 100m away inside the terminal just before you exit the building. Pick-up some good local pastries there for dinner. I had to ask at the arrivals information desk where the hotel was located because it was not obvious or sign-posted. Astana :: Kerey mini hotel

Nice hotel, it is possible to rent rooms on a floor of day, the rooms are clean, the furniture watching. Cozy.

Astana :: Kemer mini hotel

Liked the hotel clean and comfortable, but the Breakfast is not good. Been there a few times, most recently drunken guests were very loud girls walked back and forth apparently from the sauna, and when the wedding is played in the restaurant, it's good to hear how guests have fun, and good value for money, for travel itself.

The hotel is good but the girls from the reception trying to hang on to people their shortcomings in the bar, and even threatened to put on the black list. For this if you stay at this hotel, check the mini-bar which you have in the room in presence of the girl from the reception. Girls don't want to introduce myself on this unfortunately I do not know their names, the Incident occurred on the morning 8.02.17

Astana :: Izumrud hotel

was in a Junior Suite. Pros: hot and cold water,2 clean towels, a good TV, you can ask for a kettle at reception, one double bed, issue the closing documents for the room and the Shuttle location on the left Bank, Breakfast - black tea, scrambled eggs, pancake, sour cream, bread. Cons: no air conditioning, mosquito net on the window was obvetshalo, toilet with shower too close causing uncomfortable to sit on the toilet, no Wi Fi.

Astana :: Zabota hotel

The location is very inconvenient,in some nook and cranny immediately and nereides, the bus stop is far, in our room there was no handle on the bathroom door,the lighting in the room was not working, bathroom towels in addition to hard nothing no soap no toilet paper not even a Mat around shower. The bed is not filled it should do the visitors.

Astana :: Duman hotel

For short trips, not a hotel, is located in the centre near everything. Inside there is everything you need to spend a nice evening - table tennis and bowling, there is a pool, I was not there. It is possible to pay for services by credit card. The room is warm, everything was in place, and had all the facilities for tourists. Problems with claims were not. I would not say that this is a super hotel but no complaints there.

Overall, it was good. The staff was very friendly however the Manager of the restaurant tried to blame us for the extra 10 thousand tenge in the bill. Be careful with this. It was very nice that the rooms are spacious and did not smell of cigarette smoke. Of course I would like a soft bed. The water was hot, pressure is good, so everything is fine. In General, the ratio of price-quality here is much better than usual

Astana :: Hotel Aka

Good hotel to stay at work for a couple of days. Located near the train station to walk 10 minutes. Close to public transport, cafes. The rooms are clean. A huge minus for wifi in the room almost no catches, or of the 2 gadgets catches only one, the second in emphasis does not see the network until they disable first!

Astana :: Altyn Dala Hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed. Pleased that the room cost includes Breakfast and lunch buffet. Thank you to all the staff for their friendly and responsive attitude!
