How to sleep on the plane?

If you can not fall sleep on an airplane and get very tired on the journey, then you are not prepared well for the trip. It is quite realistic to feel rested and chipper after a long flight. It is sufficient to follow the simple guidelines discussed in this article to do that.

7. Protect yourself from extraneous sounds. The cheapest option is ear plugs. But it is not always possible to sleep with them. They irritate ears, press and distract from sleep.
